The Innovation Certification Program of the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIM Institute) is designed for anyone interested in becoming certified in innovation as a business discipline, from creative minds to innovation professionals to business leaders mastered in innovation management. Individuals with demonstrated experience in innovation management can be certified without taking the courses by passing level-specific tests. Organization Level certifications indicate the level of innovation maturity for a business unit or the entire organization. Innovation maturity is a function of:

1) current innovation performance

2) future potential and strength of current innovation pipeline

3) activated capacity, or number of people who are trained in innovation and deployed against innovation initiatives
