The Wholistic Innovation Lifelong Learning Institute (WILLI) and its parent company, the Wholistic Institute of Lifelong Learning (WILL), is founded by Professor KC Chan – the discipline of Reg Revans, the father of action learning. Both institutions which is located in Singapore are dedicated to fostering innovation and transformative education that adds practical value to workplace learning to help individual, teams and organisations to ride the wave of VUCA business environment amid paradigm shifts. Working alongside with Research Centre of Technological Innovation (RCTI), Tsinghua University, WILLI and WILL innovation research aim to bridge learning and doing gap from academic into industry.
