Rohan Skapal

An experienced management consultant, an MBA from Hult International Business School and MSEM from Tufts University, Rohan is currently working as a business strategy and innovation consultant at IXL Center Inc. He is also responsible for business development and delivery in Asia region and works as a Country Managing Director for India Operations.
At IXL center he has helped organizations from diverse industries such as pharmaceutical, metals, chemicals and many more to understand the unmet needs of both their existing and potential customers; landscape new business adjacencies and growth opportunities; and then collaboratively map market development strategy with their product innovation team.
He has helped drive innovation transformation projects for fortune 500 companies such as Eastman Chemical, Airbus, Sanofi, Cisco, Novelis & Sims Metal Management. He has been also coaching and mentoring student teams in Innovation competition engaging with clients such as Sutter Health, IBM and several others.
He recently worked as a Program Manager to lead a successful integrated learning and growth program with Ayala Group of companies taking14 teams from 8 business groups from ideas to commercialization in a span of 6 months.
Before enrolling for his MBA in 2013, Rohan has worked as a procurement and supply chain innovation expert with Indian conglomerate Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd. for over 5 years. During his tenure at Godrej & Boyce his key responsibilities included managing vendor business process development & innovation; identifying and handling cost reduction projects; monitoring metal market trends and market risks to make key buying decisions and restructuring and establishing the supply chain for new business units.
Rohan also holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai university with majors in Supply chain and material planning.
