Maria Cristina Córdova

Maria Cristina is the Co-Founder of Relaci, Latin America’s inaugural peer-to-peer community for corporate innovators. She is also the Founder of Infiltrados and previously served as a Partner at Katharsis, a trailblazing innovation consulting firm in Colombia. With a background as the Associate Director at iLead Consultant, Maria Cristina was responsible for devising and executing the company’s commercial strategy, as well as full lifecycle recruiting projects from initial candidate research and sourcing to extending offers.
