Adi Alon
As a partner at Monitor Group and until recently with Accenture, Adi Alon has been focusing his work in the past 30 years on driving innovation within client organizations, across industries and geographies, working in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Adi’s work spans from defining growth platforms, helping firms build on-going innovation capabilities, improve innovation execution, optimizing portfolios, and accelerating development processes.
In addition to his advisory work, Adi published articles, lead various innovation research projects and speaking engagements. Adi was educated in Economics (summa cum laude) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and lives in Newton MA. with his wife and four daughters.
