Ms. Ginbee GO
Ms. Ginbee GO is the EVP and Head of Consumer Banking at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), overseeing 868 branches nationwide, digital platforms, core retail products, and support services. Under her leadership, BPI Consumer Banking has expanded its retail customer base, increased market shares, and improved asset quality through innovative risk management. She cultivates a high-performing, agile, and collaborative culture to adapt to evolving customer needs and focuses on transforming customer experience by integrating physical and digital capabilities.
Prior to joining the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Ginbee held the position of Vice President at Citibank Philippines and is a Founding Member of the Ayala Group Innovation Advisory Council. She holds a master’s degree from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women by the Global Filipina Women’s Network in 2016, as well as PeopleAsia’s Women of Style and Substance in 2019.
