Nancy Griffin is the Co-founder and CEO of Glowing Older, a visionary entrepreneur, industry scholar, and advocate for aging well. With a Master’s in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, Nancy has dedicated her career to transforming business models and reshaping market perceptions in senior living, beauty, and wellness.

As the Founder of SeniorTrade, a B2B platform for aging services professionals, and host of the Glowing Older podcast, she drives strategic conversations on next-generation housing models, age-tech, and intergenerational engagement. A recognized expert in the business of aging well, Nancy serves as an Industry Scholar at the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures, contributing research on the intersection of hospitality, health, and design.

Nancy is also the force behind #ExposeAgeism, an industry-wide movement that has mobilized 40+ companies to eliminate outdated “anti-aging” narratives in beauty and wellness by 2025. Previously, she founded Contento Marketing, a boutique firm specializing in strategic brand positioning and market intelligence and successfully scaled and exited SpaTrade and SpaExec to Questex. Through her work, Nancy is redefining aging—challenging ageist paradigms, driving business innovation, and creating new value in the longevity economy.
