Harlan Bennett | ISO U.S. Vice Chair & Committee Member

Harlan Bennett is Vice Chair of the US 279 Technical Advisory Group (TAG), member of ISO Technical Committee (TC) 279, and co-lead for ISO 56008 Tools and Methods for Innovation Operation Measurements.

He is COO and Chief Innovation Strategist at Ever Evolving Inc., a boutique management consultancy, with specialization in the implementation of Innovation Management ecosystems, business transformation initiatives, and data analytics and reporting. With over 20 years’ experience in Consulting, Innovation, Program & Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, Systems Engineering, and Strategy, he has supported clients in various sectors including financial services, nonprofits, logistics, and the U.S. Federal Government. Mr. Bennett served on the Board of Advisors and Board of Directors of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP) (2020 – 2023). He is passionate about innovation, solving business problems, helping organizations grow, and entrepreneurialism.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) TC 279 is charged with the Standardization of terminology, tools, methods, and interactions between relevant parties to enable innovation.
