Claudia Massei
Claudia Massei is the former CEO of Siemens Oman. In her prior role as Siemens Oman CEO, Claudia drove digital transformation, innovation, and energy transition, overseeing projects in microgrid automation, predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, and remote commissioning. Her experience spans from various sectors including power generation and distribution, smart grid, and digital solutions for industrial applications. Her international work has taken her to multiplee countries including Germany, China, Denmark, and Oman.
Claudia holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an Aeronautical Engineering Degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica, and executive education courses from Stanford, Princeton, Cambridge, Oxford & LSE. Forbes Middle East named her one of the most powerful businesswomen in 2021 and 2020, and Business Insider Germany recognized her as a Top 25 Female FutureMaker in 2021.
