Johan Persson is a management consultant who discovered the power of maps as a tool for innovation management and strategy development. With in-depth experience in leading early-stage startups, scale-ups, and corporate startup initiatives, Johan brings a wealth of practical experience to build on in the development of new approaches to innovation management.
Having previously faced the challenges of developing and executing innovation strategies without a clear roadmap, Johan became a passionate advocate for the use of maps as a tool to guide organizations through the entire innovation process. He has since applied his expertise to help organizations across multiple industries to develop and execute their innovation strategies using maps. Johan is currently a partner at Rhubarbs AB, a management consulting firm based in Sweden. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Luled University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD and is an Innovation360 accredited innovation management black belt.
