Joshua Ngoma

Joshua is a retired mining engineer.  He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours degree in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines, UK, and a Master of Engineering degree in Project Management from University of Pretoria, South Africa, with nearly 30 years of professional experience in the mining industry.

Beyond his technical expertise, Joshua is a published author and seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of establishing and managing successful businesses, demonstrating proficiency in business model creation and global networking.

Transitioning from mining to social entrepreneurship, Joshua founded the Enterprising Africa Regional Network Proprietary Limited in 2014, aimed at fostering young African innovators and entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector to promote food security and job creation.
