Minette Navarrete
Kickstart Ventures manages the Philippinesâ largest technology venture capital funds, investing globally in early- and early-stage tech startups via three funds, including the Ayala Corporation Technology Innovation Venture Fund (âACTIVE Fundâ). Kickstart, one of Southeast Asiaâs biggest and most active corporate venture capital (CVC) firms, is the wholly-owned corporate venture capital firm of Globe Telecom, the Philippinesâ leading mobile operator. Minette Navarrete is President of Kickstart Ventures, Inc.
She is Senior Vice President at Globe Telecom, and a member of the Board of Directors of AdSpark, Globeâs digital advertising subsidiary. She also co-chairs the Ayala Corporation Innovation Advisory Council. Prior to joining Globe, Minette held CEO/COO positions in various industries, ranging from scrappy Philippine startups to iconic global companies. She was recently included in Forbes â50 Over 50â for 2023.
