Praveen Gupta
Praveen Gupta is a seasoned leader in quality, operations excellence, and innovation with over 20 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and quality management systems across diverse industries, including semiconductors, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software, and services. He has led a team of about 50 people and possesses extensive expertise in performance metrics (KPIs), business process management, Lean, Six Sigma, teamwork, and corporate training. With 15+ years of experience in training and consulting, Praveen is proficient in CAPA/8D, ISO-9001, IATF-16949, AS-9100, ISO 13485, MDSAP/Internal Quality Auditing, supply chain quality management, software QA testing (Java/TestNG/Selenium Webdriver), SQL queries, and innovation management. He is a Fellow of ASQ, a past chair of the ASQ Silicon Valley Section (2018) and the San Francisco Section (2016), and a past senior member of IEEE.
